The TIN request process is simple and fast. Follow these steps to obtain your transit identification number.

Step 1: Choose Your Type

Select whether you are an individual (private person) or a company (business, organization).

Important: The type chosen will determine the documents to provide

Step 2: Fill in Your Information

Enter your personal information or your company's information.

Name, first names, phone, email (for individual) or company name, IFU (for company)

Step 3: BL Information

Provide your Bill of Lading number.

The BL number consists of 4 letters followed by digits (ex: MSKU1234567)

Step 4: Identity Documents

Upload the required supporting documents.

CNIB, Passport for individual - RCCM, IFU for company

Step 5: Validation

Review all your information before submitting your request.

You will receive a reference number to track your request

The processing time is generally 2 to 24 hours after submitting your complete request with all required documents.
